100-150g sladkorja
200 g malin (približno)
žlička vanilije (sladkor, ekstrakt, prah)
Sladkor in vodo zavreš, mešaš toliko časa dokler se sladkor ne razstopi. Odstaviš. Maline in vanilijo v mešalniku ali s paličnim zmiksaš v pire, dodaš sladkorjev sirup in dobro premešaš. Če ne marate tistih micenih pikic iz malin, zmes precedite. Nalijete v nizko posodico, da granita čim hitreje zmrzuje. Na vsake pol ure vzameš granito iz zmrzovalnika in z vilico na hitro pomešaš (jaz sem jo pomešala vsaj 5x in ne točno na pol ure J), nato jo zamrzneš za vsaj 2-3 ure.
Granito z vilicami nastrgaš, da se oblikujejo kristalčki in hitro postrežeš.

100-150 g sugar
250 g raspberry
1 teaspoon vanilla (powder, extract)
Combine water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to boil. Stir until sugar is fully disolved. In a food processor combine raspberries ,vanilla powder , sugar syrup and puree it until smooth. If you don't like that tiny bits of raspberries, pour mixture through a strainer.
Pour mixture to a shallow dish and stir it every half an hour (at least a few times). Continue freezing granita until firm (2-3 hours).
Using a fork, scrape the surface of the granita to form ice crystals. Scoop granita into glasses and serve.
