Zadnje minutke pred prazniki ponavadi izkoristim za peko
dišečih darilc. Tile so že šli v roke meni ljubim ljudem. V mislih sem imela še
nekaj podobnih zadevščin, ampak ni zneslo. No, to sem že tako ali tako vedela, ampak… Bi se morala kaj naučiti izpred prejšnjih let. Pa nič ne de, je tudi tako čisto prav :).
Spet smo pri koncu starega leta, novo nas že skoraj drži za
roko. Letos je bilo kar nekaj težkih preizkušenj, vendar s pomočjo
dragih še vedno, včasih bolj trdno,
včasih manj, jadram(o) na krilih življenja.

Za približno 20-24 piškotov
160 g masla
1 žlička vanilijevega ekstrakta (ali vanili sladkor)
1 žlica ruma
ščep soli
60 g sladkorja
180 g pirine moke
120 g nasekljane temne čokolade (75%)
80-100 g nasekljanih pekanov ali lešnikov
½ žličke cimeta
sladkor v prahu
Pečico ogrejte na 175°C .
V posodi zmešamo maslo, vanilijo, rum, sol in sladkor. Miksamo
3-5 minut vse dokler zmes ne postane kremasta. Počasi dodamo še moko in cimet. Na
koncu vmešamo še nasekljano čokolado in
oreščke.
Iz mase oblikujemo kroglice, približno 2-3 cm velike in jih
polagamo na pekač obložen s peki papirjem. Vmes pustimo malo prostora (1.5 cm),
saj se malce razlezejo. Pečemo na 175 C, približno 18 minut oz. kako minute manj
ali več, odvisno od pečice.
Piškote malce ohladimo in posujemo s sladkorjem v prahu.

160 g unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon rum
pinch of salt
60 g granulated sugar
180 g spelt flour
½ teaspoon cinnamon
120 g chopped dark chocolate (75%)
80-100 g chopped pecans or hazelnuts (you can use walnuts
too)

Preheat the oven to 175°C . Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the padle attachment, combine the butter, vanilla, rum, salt and sugar. Beat on medium high speed until creamy, about 3-5 minutes. Add flour and cinnamon and beat until well combined. Add the chocolat and nuts and process until evenly distributed.
Form a dough into a 2,5-3 cm round balls. Place balls of dough on prepared sheets, leaving about 1,5 cm of space between each. Bake for 18 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and top are dry. Remove the sheets from the oven and onto a cooling rack.

Whilst still warm sift with powdered sugar.
