Velikonočna miza in čokoladna jajčka / Easter table and chocolate eggs

Takole nekako je izgledala naša miza prejšnji vikend. Predvelikonočno bi se lahko reklo :). Ravno zato, se ta vikend pustim "razvajati". Šla bom domov, na kos ali dva prave orehove potičke. 

Danes sem napisala recept za čokoladno arašidova jajčka, ki so požela največ pohval. Priprava je res enostavna, primerna tudi za ustvarjanje z otroci, rezultat pa božanski: topijo se v ustih.

Za približno 10-12 kosov

1 žlica arašidovega masla
40 g navadnega masla
90 g mletih mandljev
50 g sladkorja v prahu
ščep vanilije 

200 g temne čokolade
2 žlički masla

V posodi najprej zmešamo aradšidovo maslo in navadno maslo. Oboje naj bo sobne temperature. Dodamo sladkor v prahu,  mlete mandlje in vanilijo. Dobro zmiksamo, dokler ne dobimo goste mase iz katere se bodo oblikovala čokoladna jajca. Če je masa premehka, dodajte še žlico mletih mandljev. 

Na pladenj namestimo peki papir, iz mase pa oblikujemo manjša jajčka. Polagamo jih na peki papir. Pladenj postavimo za 20 minut v zamrzovalnik. Medtem nad paro (lahko tudi v mikrovalovni pečici) stopimo čokolado z maslom.  Jajčka »oblečemo« v čokolado in jih polagamo nazaj na peki papir. Po želji jih okrasimo z oreščki.  Hranimo jih v hladilniku.

For 10-12 pieces:

1 tablespoon peanut butter
40 g butter
90 g ground almonds
50 g powdered sugar
pinch of vanilla

200 g dark chocolate
2 teaspoon butter

Put peanut butter and butter in a mixing bowl (both room temperature). Mix well. Add powdered sugar, ground almonds and vanilla. Blend well until the mixture is smooth. If the "dough" is to soft add another tablespoon of ground almonds.

Place a parchment paper on a baking tray. Shape small eggs and place them on the tray. Place the baking tray into the freezer for approx. 20 minutes. In the meantime melt the chocolate (over the steam) and add butter in it. Stir. "Dress"your eggs in chocolate and place them back on the tray. Garnish them with some nuts if desired. Keep them in the refrigerator.
